On the 5th day of Goodmonth you enter the Bright Desert. The air is hot and dry...the sun shining down out of a cloudless blue sky.
You press on as best you can.
Early in the afternoon you come to an intersection. Another trail runs dead east, while this one turns south.
That night you camp about a mile from the shores of Woolly Bay and a short distance from the trail. You found a slightly marshy puddle a few miles back, and you were able to replenish your water supply. Soon after you left you saw a small herd of antelopes move over to the puddle for a drink.
