Ready'reat 23, 581

The morning of the 23rd day of the month of Ready'Reat finds you all healed up and healthy, and back in the dungeon. Culum is again with you, goading - er - encouraging you on...as you make for the chamber which once held a gigantic monster of incredible proportions.

Heading up the north passage which leads from that chamber, you find that it runs north for only 10', then runs northwest for 10', then runs northeast for 30'.

The corridor ends abruptly in a balcony. Fifteen feet below is a large natural stone chamber (wall to your right runs ~50' east, ~65' north, ~90' west, ~55' south, then back to this entry). Reddish-purple stalagmites and stalactites cover the floor and ceiling, occasionally meeting to form huge multicoloured columns. Flowing through the centre of the chamber is a swift, dark stream. On the far side is a gigantic two-headed giant. Scattered on the floor beside him are a variety of bones.

Beyond the giant is a cage, within which sits a dejected, blue-robed figure.

"It's dear ole dad!" whispers Culum.

The air is heavy with the smell of burning flesh.

The giant seems to be unaware of your presence.

Darian motions for the party to step back out of sight.

Then he whispers.

"Cullen, keep an eye on the giant without revealing yourself. We need to figure out how to free your father, but we don't want the giant surprising us while we talk."

"Any suggetions, folks? I've got a magic missle available, but I don't think that or a sleep spell is going to knock this guy out of it. We need to have a coordinated attack."

Lore whispers queietly, "I think I should cast a sleep spell on this giant and just be done with him. If he sees me casting the spell I will need you guys to create a diversio to keep him away from me. What you do think?"

"I have a bless spell available. I was unable to use it yesterday, as we were never able to 'prepare' for a battle. That could give us a bit more of an edge in a fight. I would like to see that beast asleep, though myself. If that does not work, then a magic missle and a bless would be prudent" Relan loosens his mace from its thong on his belt.

"I think that giant is too big to attack directly, but I'll go along with whatever you guys decide. We need to make a decision here quick."

"Lore, cast your sleep spell. If it doesn't work, I'll follow with my magic missle spell. Then Relan can cast his bless spell. The rest of you prepare any long range weapons you have. Those without, ready your melee weapons, but don't charge. When the giant gets too close for bows, we fight hand to hand."

Darian strings his bow and puts it back on his shoulder. He then looks expectantly at the rest of the party.

Stump looks around for any other entrances into the cavern.

He does not see any.

"I wouldn't even bother, Lore. A giant like that isn't going to be affected by Sleep unless it's a darn good spell." Gwenned gets his bow ready.

"Here's a plan. As a Ranger, I'm pretty good at fighting giants like this, so I'll take the lead when he comes running at us. Renan, cast your bless on us beforehand, and get your healing spells ready, I'm gonna need 'em real soon, I have a feeling. When I engage him, the rest of you try and get side shots and back shots on him. Sound OK?"

Gwenned readies his bow, knocking 1 very nice looking arrow and putting 3 very nice looking arrows on the floor in front of him.

Lore carefully sneaks back onto the balcony and starts to wave his hands, making various symbols in the air....he casts a sleep spell on the giant.

The spell has absolutely no effect on the giant...though his arm waving and incanting does capture his attention.

"Blimy, Burt, look at that clown up there," says one head to the other.

"Wot d'ya suppose 'e's tryin' t'do, Jimmy?"

"Beats me, buck-o."

"Shall we eat 'im?"

"Why not?"

The giant heads towards you.

Darian pulls out four arrows from his quiver and places them on the floor in front of him. Then he starts to relax his mind and let the magical energies flow in preparation for his magic missle.

As the giant approaches, Darian lets loose with his magic missile.

"Owww!" says Jimmy, as the missile takes him in the nose. "That flippin' well 'urt!"

Relan will cast his bless, effecting as many as he can, with priority to Gwenned.

The ranger lets loose his arrows as Darian grabs his bow.

The rangers first arrow takes the giant in the left arm, causing him to howl in fury. The second misses.

"You're oatmeal, laddy!"

Both of Darian's arrows miss.

The giant is at the bottom of the balcony, now, and starting to climb it to get at you.

The ranger and the elf let loose two more arrows apiece. Both of Gwenned's miss, but one of Darian's strikes for 3 hit points of damage.

They set their bows aside as the giant climbs over the railing to face you all...

Gwenned readies his long sword and dagger and steps forward just enough to impede the progress of the giant. If possible, Gwenned will run up and strike the giant while he's still climbing over the fence.

"Hang onto your hats, lads. Here he comes!"

The ranger faces the giant, swinging his sword as he climbs over the railing. A hit! for 8 hit points of damage. Then he hits again with his dagger for 6 more hit points of damage. The already injured giant is now badly hurt by these additional blows, but he comes up swinging, anyway.

"You're troll-burger, buster!" the two heads say, as the giant swings a pair of wicked looking spiked clubs at Gwenned. The first club grazes the ranger for 3 hit points of damage...the second misses altogether.

"I'm outta here!", shouts Lore as he runs back away from the giant as swiftly as possible.

Darian draws his longsword, adjusts his shield and winks out of sight.

Suddenly a wound opens up in the side of the giant, doing another 7 hit points into him!

Relan prepares to cast a healing spell, and stays back a bit.

Stump will make his way back to the 70' circular room.

Gwenned presses the attack...

...and one more sword thrust is all it takes to topple the giant...back over the edge of the balcony to crash to the floor below...dead.

"Ooooo...you killed 'im!" exclaims Culum, looking rather surprised.

Then, you hear a voice from the caged man below.

"Don't leave me!"

Gwenned gives a cry of triumph and relief. "Nice work Darian!"

Stump and Lore return to the balcony.

Darian winks back into view along the side of the fallen giant. He wipes his sword carefully on the giant's clothing and looks up at his the utterance of his name. He gives a slight bow and says, "And to you, brave warrior. Well, we should get this poor man out of his cage. Lore? Will you do the honors?"

"Ya, sure", says Lore.

Darian then begins to search the dead giant. "Anyone want to help me search this brute?"

On the giant you find nothing of interest or value...but for a large, ornate key.

"Say Stump, why in the name of the Gods did you run? I thought you had some fighting skill? So you say that the man in the cage is your father, Culum? Well then, guess you're not an orphan after all."

Gwenned will carefully scale the balcony and head to the cage, looking for anything unusual along the way.

The rest of you follow.

Relan will wait closely behind Lore as he attempts to spring the lock. He will eye the man trying to determinne the extent tof any wounds and his mental state.

Lore examines the lock, and realizes that the key that you just found on the giant fits it. Taking it, you open the cage, and the man steps out.

Before any of you can speak, though, Culum walks up to him, plants both feet in front of him, and demands,

"That's 15sp you owe me for rescuing you, Zando."

Zando grumbles, reaches down inside his robe, pulls out 15 silver pieces, and counts them out one at a time, handing them over to the boy.

"Now get outta my face, kid. You bother me."

Culum takes the money and leaves, smirking.

Zando turns to the rest of you.

"So, adventurers..." he says, eyeing you thoughtfully. "Wanna earn some easy money..?"

Lore looks at Zando..."Depends on how easy it is...." "There's no such thing as easy money. Anyone who believes differently is a fool." states Darian.

"Whatever," replies Zando smoothly.

"Now that we freed you, the least you can do is explain who you are and why that boy lied to us."

"I'm Zando the Great, and I own this dungeon level...or Zando's Emporium of Exotic and Rare Beasts, as I prefer to call it. I was all ready to open up for the paying public when one of my beasts got loose," he points at the fallen giant, "Captured me and freed all of the other monsters. So, if you'd help me to get the show back in running order by recapturing the monsters, I'll give you, say, 5% of the first year's gross. How about it?

"As to why the kid lied...don't ask me. I just offered him some money to rescue me."

Gwenned makes a move to clobber Culum over the head as he leaves, then thinks the better of it. He will then check over the rest of the large room for anything hidden.

"You owe us one, Zando, don't you think?"

"An' this is how I can repay you. Easy money..."

While the party is interrogating Zando, Stump will search the rest of the room for any hidden/concealed passages.

No one finds any other exits from this chamber.

"Okay, Zando, can you list the monsters that you once had penned? That will give us an idea of what this job entails."

Zando starts to count his fingers as he names off some monsters.

"There weas the Terrible Two-Headed Hydra, the Horizontal Jet-Propelled Piercers, the Leakers, the Incredible Solid Gas Spore, The Deadly Ropeless, the Murderous Land Sharks, The Nasty Minitaurs, the Eye Of The Shallows, the Gas Orcs, the Killer Dolphins, the Cretin," he motions to the fallen giant, "And the Noble Uniducks."

"Okay, I'm in." says Lore, dollar signs in his eyes.

Relan, however, has other ideas.

"How revolting! You have endangered and possibly killed many innocent people with this hairbrained freakshow. What's to say even if we do get these monsters back, the same thing won't happen?" Relan turns to the group. "I am for killing all of the evil creatures we find, and releasing those of animal or neutral nature far from where they would do harm for sake of survival. We are not going to be short on funds after this ordeal, and we should not think of helping this man who has obviously corrupted the innocence of that young lad." Back to Zando, "I say be gone, and consider yourself lucky to have survived your own house of horrors!"

Gwenned reflects on matters for a moment. "I too have a certain sympathy for Relan's position. Evil creatures are a bane to all humans and demi-humans of this world. I have seen many a village overrun by marauding beasts just like the one we killed, men, women and children slaughtered."

"Suit yourself," says Zando, running his fingers through his greasy, slicked back hair, "I'll just get some more monsters, then, if you kill them all."

"Well, I think we started doing that for you. The hydra and piercers are dead. The minitaurs are tied up in the office. Another group took care of a baby roper. The sharks are still in their swimming hole. And we haven't seen any of the other monsters. So, it seems to me that you already owe us some money for saving your hide."

"Good point!", says Lore, grining from ear to ear.

"The hell it is!" says Zando. "I didn't contract with you to save my hide! I contracted with Culum for that! It looks like he subcontracted the job out to you, but that's not my problem! If anyone owes you anything it's him!

"And as for the monsters, I wanted them rounded up, not killed! I should sue the lot of you for damages! Begone from my dungeon, lest I turn my Dreaded Legal Beagles upon you!"

Stump says "OK, I'm sure he gets the point. What are we in here for? An adventure, right? Well count me in to find these monsters."

Gwenned grins.

"No, you didn't contract with us to save your hide, just as you didn't contract with us to put you back in the cage, which we can very easily do, Zando."

Zando looks unsure at this point, as he glances nervously at the ranger.

"Your Dungeon? I'm sure the wizard upstairs would be more than happy to dispute your claim and offer us protection, since >WE< are contracted to HIM. Now, isn't that a pretty situation for you? Would you like to go and speak with our wizard-employer about this? It's the large tower, you know, the one where the archmage is supposed to reside."

"I know very well who is in the Tower of Wizardry, thankyou. However, I bought the franchise for this level from the Herzog himself. Ever heard of him?"

Gwenned grins again.

"Now, just maybe you should exit this place while you still can." "Perhaps *you* should!"

"Well, you owe us for just the minitaurs then. They're nicely tied up in your office. And as far as the other creatures go, they attacked us, not the other way around."

Stump whispers to Darian "You're mistaken about those minitaurs. Don't you remember we killed them?"

"Aha!" says Zando, overhearing him. "Trying to mislead me, you slimy elf!"

"Now listen here you verminous cretin. We have also been contracted by the Lord himself to clear these dungeons from all unsavory inhabitants. You are dangerously close to falling into this category, and had better keep your bloody mouth shut (St. Cuthburt forgive me). As far as it being 'your' dungeon, I suppose you have proper deed and title. And even if you do, I doubt you will have it on the morrow when the lord lernrs of this ridiculous sideshow that has put his citizens in danger. Now, I suggest you leave this place before we are forced to remove you under the authority of our contract with the Lord." Relan turns to his companions. "I want none of his money. You are welcome to pursue this otherwise. I only want him out of here."

Stump Doesn't wait for a reply. He lunges at Zando with his long sword.

"EeeeK!" says Zando, dodging without success, as Stump's sword carves a slice out of him. He does not wait any longer...instead choosing to flee.

As Zando scrambles up over the balcony, Lore complains, "Well, that was smart! So now what are we supposed to do just run around and kill things for no reason?" Lore turns and walks towards the exit.

"Have you forgotten our duty here lore?" Relan says, with no malace or disrespect in his tone. "We sre here on cantract. The offer given to us by that fellow was in direct conflict to the goal of our original obligation. We have a key. I suggest we find out what it leads us to."

"Alright friends, let's cool down a little. It is wrong to simply kill a man unless you are convinced he is evil. This man may have been unscrupulous, but not necessarily evil. Let him go. We have more of this level to explore."

Gwenned waits for the others.

Lore stops and turns...."Okay...maybe your right. I just hate to pass up opportunities....Anyway...where to now? That key you found was to the cage door...and I don't that will lead us anywhere. Have we explored this entire cavern yet?"

Yes you have.

There is still a passage to explore off of the entrance cavern, though...

You return to the first chamber you encountered upon entering this dungeon level and enter the last unexplored passage.

This passage runs southeast for 30', then 10' east, 10' northeast, 10' south, 50' east, 20' north, 20' northwest, 10' west, 10' north, 30' northeast; then opens up into a large cave chamber.

A large, low-ceilinged cavern, its walls are covered with a luminous green fungus (roughly rectangular shaped, 50' X 80' oriented northeast-southwest X southeast-northwest; exit passage in southeast corner, exit passage ~30' south of northeast corner in east wall, exit passage in ~middle of far (northish) wall). Flowing through the centre of the cavern is a stream. A newly made wooden bridge crosses the stream. On the far side you see a holding pool of some sort. Built around the holding pond is a 5' wide dry moat.

A water trough has been cut into the natural stone floor, leading from the stream to the holding pool. Another trough winds its way around the outside of the chamber, exiting down a wide, dark passage. A sign beside this passage reads -

"Zando's Performing Porpoises - Showtimes 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00."

At present both water troughs are dry, their connections to the stream blocked by boards.

As mentioned before, two other passages lead out of the cavern. One follows alongside the stream; the other, a small, damp passage, heads south.

Darian wonders, "Maybe we should pull out the boards? It might be interesting to see porpoises perform, whatever they are."

Stump will look down the dark passage to the south.

This passage actually runs southeast for about 10', after which it opens up into another cave chamber.

Gwenned pauses. "I imagine the passage alongside the stream leads to the holding pens for the porpoises. Let's check it out and see."

Gwenned heads over the bridge to the passage alongside the stream. This passage exits to the north, at the far end of the cave from where you entered. This passage runs for about 30', then opens up into another cave.

You move forward and look in.

This place is a large, rectangular chamber (~50' X 100': 100' north, 20' east, 20' west). On either side of you are bleachers, cut into the natural stonework, all facing towards the far half of the room. There, well lit by more of the glowing fungus is a swimming pool, its bottom sprinkled with silver coins. Above the pool is a wooden bridge, suspended beneath which are three hoops, several feet above the surface of the water. As you enter, three dolphins simultaneously leap from the water, fly through the hoops, and fall back into the pool's cool, clear, water.

A smile actually crosses Lore's face..."That was excellent!", he says.

"It was, indeed. Those porpoises are magnificient creatures. Maybe we should throw some money into the water for them?" Darian tosses a silver coin in the water.

The dolphins jump through the hoops again, then tread water and look at you. One of them does a summersault through the air.

"Well, here's one set of creatures we won't kill."

Stump will look into the pool to see if there are any exits in the water. He sees none...but you do note a fair number of silvers at the bottom of the pool. One of the dolphins swims by Stump, chattering, then it lightly splashes him.

If there are no other exits from this cave, Gwenned will move to the second exit in the main cavern.

There are three exits from the main cavern. Returning to it, you make for the nearest...in the east wall, about 20' south from the north end. This is a passage running southeast, for about 20', where it opens up into another cave. Irregularily shaped, there are no exits to be seen.

In the centre, supported by several sawn off stalagmites is an oaken table, on top of which sit four large aquariums. A railing surrounds the table.

Two orcs are standing beside the table. They look surprised to see you.

Darian says, "Be careful folks, they may be those gas orcs that Zando listed. I don't know what a gas orc might do, so let's be cautious. Might I suggest that I speak to them in orcish? We don't need to kill them and maybe we could just go on our way without a fight."

Stump ignores Darian, instead taking advantage of their surprise and attacking.

Stump leaps forward but inexplicably trips over a map written on the back of a banana peel and instead goes flying. This causes him to miss.

Lore tries to stay hidden in the shadows next to the wall behind the group.

The orcs slowly move towards you...floating several inches off of the floor.

Darian sighs at Stump's stubborness. He quickly draws four arrows out of his quiver and draws a bead on the lead orc awaiting further comments from the group.

Stump scrambles to his feet, sword a 'swinging. Again he somehow misses the thing floating in front of him!

You see Lore slowly backing his way out, still trying to stay hidden by keeping close to the wall, and watching for attacks.

Relan will ready his mace!

GWenned knocks an arrow as fast as he can and fires at the orcs from a distance.

"Stay back Stump! These things may explode like Gas Spores!"

An arrow pierces one of the creatures and it explodes. Everyone but Lore takes 5 hit points of damage. Almost simultaneously the second gas orc detonates as well, and again those caught in the blast take an additional 3 hit points of damage.

Relan and Darian collapse, unconscious and bleeding.

The gas orcs are no more, and two of your party members are unconscious on the floor.

Gwenned and Darian are covered in spores.

Lore runs foward to aid his friends. "Gwenned, get those spores off you fast! Stump, help him." Lore runs to Darian. Bending over him, Lore covers his hands with his cloak and tries to wipe the spores from Darian's body.

GWenned starts knocking the spores off as fast as he can. He will remove his clothing if necessary.

"Someone go and help the downed people!! Keep them from dying until we can help!"

Stump will help patch up Relan and Relan to stop the bleeding.

Stump stabilizes the unconscious pair. However, it looks like you were not quite fast enough in cleaning off of the spores...for some seem to have penetrated Darian's and Gwenned's flesh...

"Damn!", yells Lore. "Let's get everyone out of here now!" Taking hold of Darian's body (but be extremely careful about protecting himself), Lore starts to carry Darian out (If Darian is too heavy to carry...Lore will drag him by his arms). "Come on..let's go....I do not not what to do about these spores..we must find help!"

Stump asks the cleric "Do you have cure disease on you?"

Relan does not answer, as he is unconscious.

Stump asks the cleric "Do you have cure disease on you?"

Relan still does not answer, as he is unconscious.

Is there an echo in this room or what?

You gather up Darian and Relan and go dashing out of the dungeon.

Darian and Relan regain consciousness just as the party leaves the dungeon. They are still very weak...and Darian (as well as Gwenned) have been invaded by spores from the gas orcs.

As they are heading out, Gwenned will grab a torch, or light one if necessary. "Burn the damn things!"

Alas, the spores have burrowed too deeply into his flesh for fire to have any effect.

You head for Temple Greyhawk.

This is the first time that you have been in the Temple. It somewhat resembles a flea market, with clerics of every deity in the Greyhawk pantheon that you have ever heard of - as well as some that you have not - hawking their wares from numerous small booths. The air is alive with their cries.

"Convert to Boccob today!"

"Exorcisms!" "Heals - 500gp! Buy one and get a free cure light wounds!'

"Cure disease - buy one get one free!"

Stump will go up to a stall advertising cure diseases. He will ask the stall keeper "How much are your Cure Disaeses going for today?"

"20gp! And a bargain at that! Buy one get one free! Praise Celestian!"

Stump asks, "Do you want to try this guy or have you found a better deal?"

"Sounds good, but can we trust him? Also, do we know if a cure disease spell will work on the spores? Are they a disease? I've been trying to talk to someone overhere, but so far I've had not luck."

GWenned says, "Let me try to figure that out." Gwenned will try and use his Healing proficiency to determine whether or not this is a disease, a poison, or something else.

He ascertains that it is a disease.

Looking through his money purse Lore continues, "If you guys decide to go with this cleric, I'll back you and chip in some money."

"20 gold is as good a price as we can expect. I have little money, but I can certainly throw in a few gold myself." Gwenned chips in 8 gold pieces.

Relan says as he walks off suddenly, "One minute!" He walk to the St Cuthburt cleric and says, "Brother, I am a mere acolyte in our church. As I ventured out to spread the word of the most exalted St. Cuthburt, and help this community in its' struggles to rid the area from the plague it has recently suffered, some of my companions were infested with a disease. My faith is not yet strong enough to purge thier bodies of the disease. Would you please help us in the name of St. Cuthburt?"

"Are the afflicted ones also followers of our exalted patron, acolyte? If so, then a donation of 5gp will cure them. If not, then we ask a donation of 15gp for each cure."

Meanwhile, the rest of you are calculating what you can contribute...

Lore chips in his 11 gold peices. Stump throws in 5 gold pieces.

Stump says to Lore and Gwenned "Let's see if Relan's plan works. If not, then we go with the stall keeper. We ony have to give him 20gp, so the three of us plus Relan only need to give 5gp each."

"Alas, no, Brother. I have not journeyed with them for such a time to warrant full conversion. Thank you. I shall tythe a bit to your cause when our duties here come to conclusion. Good day."

Relan staggers back to the others, who are still counting out their money.

"I, however, have but 2 gp, but am willing to throw them in." Relan pulls out his coins.

Lore hands Stump 5 gp.

"Oh well, the "buy 1 cure for 20 gold get one free" seems like the one to take, so let's do it."

Darian looks in his pouch and pulls out five gold pieces. "Well, I guess I can contribute to my own curing even if this wasn't caused by my own foolishness." He glares at Stump. "You just couldn't wait to attack them. And Gwenned had to shoot them to save your hide thus causing us all to be injured. Think, next time!"

Stump says "Just for that foolishness, I will chip in 3 more gold pieces to bring the total to twenty"

Gwenned waits for Darian, and then they walk over to the cleric in question. "Two of us need to be cured. We have 20 gold for you."

The cleric takes the money and lays hands on you both...curing you of the gas orc disease.

"Praise be to Celestian!" he says.

Darian and Relan are still out of action for a week, though.

That evening, you are again subjected to the company of the other party.

"We found a map written on the back of a banana peel in this room filled with dead gas orcs," LeDurt says with a smirk. "It led us to a secret door in this large room where there was a dead giant - that your work? I didn't think you had it in you - which leads down to another level!"

"Well, you seem to be having a lot of success at our expense. Aren't you just the perfect scavangers." snorts Darian, then collapses unconscious in his soup du jour as a result of his injuries.

"Why yes, we are," beams Brabu, feeling complemented.

"I'm no scavenger," scowls Kashahr the pixie. "I'm a paladin."

Lore looks up from his ale at the members of the other party, "So would you mind telling us where you found this entrance to another level?"

"Duhhhh...didn't we just tell you that?" asks LeDurt.

"He's no Mordenkainen, is he?" snickers Nesselrode, motioning to Lore.

"Don't forget, you each get 1000gp for every level you map out completely," reminds Akitrom.

"Do we have the full map?" says Gwenned. "As for the other party, well Mr. Pixie, if you are a Paladin like you say, don't you think that telling us the location of the secret door is the right thing to do?"

"How so? Would you use the knowledge to further the ends of Goodness and Law, or would you just use it to satisfy your own crude, base needs? I suspect the latter," the pixie huffs.

"After all, your party has benefited from our presence."

"Hardly. You have benefited from our presence."

"We defeated the great two-headed giant, and a lot of other things besides."

"I am furious that you beat me to them...it would have been a glorious battle. Perhaps I may even have died..." she sighs at the lost opportunity.

"You may congratulate yourselves on the treasure you gained; I'll be happy with splitting the 1000 gold. Nobody loses. Right?"

"Wrong. We need the money to pay to have ourselves returned to our old bodies."

Gwenned tries to put on a fair face.

"Palidin. Have you mapped out this area as well?" Relan askes the Pixie. "Do you have a complete map?"

"LeDurt has."

LeDurt leans over and whispers to you. Darian gets a face full of his garlic breath and passes out in his soup again.

"Besides, this nut Akitrom is willing to pay our party 1000gp each for a map...even if you guys hand one in, too!" the druid says with a wink.

Stump glares at Akitrom.

"That secret door leads to another level, as you have heard. We say that this level is complete."

"I'd still like to see the location of the door on the map for this level. And you still have that passage to map out."

Lore frowns..."Fine then we shall return at once and find this secret door." Lore stands and walks out of the room.

"You doubt my good and honorable intentions as a Ranger?????? I think you'd better take your words BACK, or is it YOU that doesn't want to tell US how to get to the second level because YOU want the goodies first!!"

Gwenned is not happy.

"You insult me," replies Kashahr, "But since you are not a paladin and therefore far below me I will forgive you."

If Le Durt does not want to trade mappings, Gwenned will walk out, "Forget this gang, they're a bunch of swindlers who are only out for themselves. And no, you're wrong pixie, I would have helped your party if you needed it, but you all think that you so damn good and so damn tough, you don't need it, is that it?"

"Of course."

Gwenned walks out.

"I think I shall retire. Thank you agian for the hospitality, Lord. Good evening m'lady." Relan heads out without a glance to the other party.

A week passes...
