February 19, 1370

The following day is clear and slightly warmer. Most of the snow is gone now, thanks to yesterday's rain. You press on.

At noon you come to an ancient stone bridge spanning the river whose course you have been paralleling. The trail leads up an embankment, and you stand upon cobblestones. There is a battered signpost here by the bridge. It reads -

East: To Castle Koozle.

You turn northwest and follow this new route, which Valdar tells you is the Elven Coast Road.

You make much better time now that you are on a proper road, but still it is a lonely trek. That night you camp under a sky ablaze with stars forming constellations strange to the eyes of Jesse, Salaam, Occa and Dani.
