Over night the temperature dropped to -18F...with the wind chill making it feel like -51. However, the skies did clear, and March 10th dawns sunny but still very cold.
Occa casts control weather. After about ten minutes you notice that the temperature is starting to rise...and after an hour or so it is more like a sunny, brisk autumn day than the dead of winter.
Next, he casts Leomund's Tiny hut...and it becomes quite comfortable...at least around him.
Occa then identifies the wand...and determines that it has a lot of charges left.
Occa says, "I need to invent a new identify spell..this one is very frustrating." He tosses the wand back in the pile and says, "It has lots of charges." Shakes his head.
Then he gets an idea...he casts read magic and looks over all the items for command words.
Three hours later, after resting, he casts identify on the third ring. This ring, he learns, has a power associated with water.
"Uh, duh...water ring...probably walking or swimming." He smiles and says, "Occa's ultimate identify? Occa's mystical sensory impressions? Gotta think of a good name if you are going to make a new spell...of course, who has the time?"
After that he rests until the evening.
"I'm tired...I will see you guys after a nap." He lays down a cloak and quickly falls asleep in the balmy leomund's hut
