The townhouse is a small, narrow, three storey brick and stone building.

The ground floor. A hall entrance, opening to a livingroom to the left 
with a fireplace. It is furnished with chairs, a sofa, and several small 
tables. To the right are stairs leading to the second floor. Behind the 
living room is a dining room, with a table, chairs, and china cabinet. At 
the back is a large kitchen, with stove/oven, counters and sinks. There 
is a pantry leading off of the kitchen, and also a door opening to the 
outside. Outside is an outhouse.

The second floor: four bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a 
fireplace; the rest do not. There is also another flight of stairs 
leading upstairs to the attic.

The attic: a large, open room, with a window at each end. Used mostly for 
storage, you could also use it as a dormatory, too.

There is no stable.
