The EARTH story - August 28, 1372

By August 28th the snow has melted and you are able to put your snowshoes away. It is slightly foggy, and the ground becomes more marshy as the morning progresses. Early in the afternoon you see a bridge ahead of you, where some road crosses the river that you have been following for two days. This is the Long Valley Road, which runs northeast - southwest at this point.

Jo-owrn leads you up onto the Road, and you turn northeast.
