Accutrements of Power: Three items presented to the Cosmen
by the Wizards when the Empire of
Saltar was founded: The Sceptre of
the Gods, The Robe of the Emporer and the Sword of the Blessed. Worn
and weilded by the Emporer of Saltar, they are reputed to have been
lost when Imrimil took Nolthen,
though it is not known whether that evil Wizard had a hand in their
disappearance.
